As always, your contributions are fully tax-deductible because the Friends of Beechwood Park is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Beechwood Park 
I would like to know if it is possible to donate for a bench or piece of equipment with the possibility of a plaque or other identifying marker in memory of my parents and youngest sister.
I own the house at 1605 Beechwood. My parents bought that home in 1946. They raised my six brothers and sisters there until 1963 when they bought the home next door at 1609. A few years later they bought 1611 but only kept it for a short time. My parents moved from Beechwood in 1978. They sold 1605 to me in 1979.
My youngest sister passed away at home at 1609 in 1973. She was 19 years old.
So we have a lot of history on Beechwood Avenue. I remember the Beechwood homes that were torn down for the Mid City Mall property. I am the youngest. The older ones recall more than I do. As a group, we would like to contribute to the park.
